The two would perform their shared songs as previously unheard duets, with Audrey’s bold facial expressions and uninhibited dance moves soon capturing fans’ hearts.

Audrey is also mentioned by name on the song ‘Good Luck Charlie’. In which Gracie tells the story of when a bartender assumed Audrey was dead due to the song’s subject keeping her in his wallet:

You keep a picture of Audrey inside of your wallet
Went for a drink and the bartender thought she was dead
He made you live out that nightmare and you nearly lost it
You made a joke and you watched it go over his head

This moment has been referenced by fans when showcasing the journey of Audrey from this moment to the spotlight.

‘Sue Me’ is upbeat, fun and unapologetic. It’s a song about being bold and embracing the parts of ourself that society often makes us feel like we should suppress.

It’s no wonder that fans are eager to embrace these values as part of an ‘Audrey Summer’, with Hobert being a symbol for them since her first introduction.
